FOOOOOOOOOD!!!!

For breakfast I had Special K and Soy Milk...the combination is soo good :)

For lunch I had Lean Cuisine Mac & Cheese

Dinner I had:
Beef


Mixed Vegetables


On the left is Ramen Noodle soup with spinach and on the right is the Mixed Vegetables and Beef
(the bowl on the left is not full)


To end my day I ate a slice of red velvet cake

A Slice Of Red Velvet: 297




Total Calories: 1,218
