I DID IT!!!!!!!!

I finally did the whole workout. The yoga, cardio, and strength. It was really hard but I made it. I think its because I had the radio on the whole time I was working out which helped a lot.

I never seen so much sweat. Oh lord! Well my body hurts but I know thats a good sign.

The Big Girls Competition Challenge Upgraded

Now the competition has just been upgraded. Our other best friend is joining in.

EXERCISE IS NO JOKE!!!!

I never knew how hard exercise can really be. I started off my day doing yoga in the morning which did not least because I found it boring, than I did this video called Look Good Naked and I was done. I didn't complete the whole video because I ended up getting tired and weak so fast (which is sooo not good). But hopefully as the days and weeks goes by I'll be able to do the whole video and see results.

Especially with the whole competition with me and my best friend thats going on.

Now with the food situation its going great. I'm not over eating but at the same time I barely have food in my home anyways. So I do the best that I can with what I have.

The Big Girls Competition Challenge

Soooo on January 17, my best friend and I are competing against each other. And no no no we don't hate each other were just making the weight loss challenge fun. So our challenge is to lose 5 pounds every week and whoever loses has to either buy the winner a movie ticket or dinner or whatever else we both can come up with.

It kinda sounds like the biggest loser, expect no one's going home. So were going to keep doing this until we both hit our goal. So I will post up my results every week on sunday's, and I'll let you know who won.

I know my best friend is going to cheat some how. Evil Child!!!

New Year New Me

This year in 2011, I am planning to lose some weight. Which means: Diets, Exercise, & Lifestyle Changes

yucks!!!! exercise is a very scary word, but I gotta do it for my health

Every year I say the same thing but I never do it. But in december 2010 on New Years Eve something just clicked in my head and I told myself that its time for me to be serious. Plus I'm going on a trip in 2012 in the summer so I gotta look good. So right now I'm not planning to go to a gym YET but I'm planning to workout at home by using DVD's that I brought from walmart.


But there's this website called www.collagevideo.com that has exercise, workouts, and fitness video's and DVD's that are on sale. I think this is a very good website because it has some of the coolest workout DVD's and videos on that site. Whatever goal’s your trying to accomplish you can find a video for it, and you can preview the DVD’s or video as well. There's also successful stories from people who lost a lot of weight from using the DVD's or videos and they also posted up the workout videos they use.

So if your a fan of the Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels, Billy Blanks (tae bo), or even dancing you can find whatever you need on that website :)
